- 100 x 125 outdoor warmup arena
- 248 x 250 outdoor riding arena
- Additional indoor unheated warm-up arena with round pen
- Outdoor round pen during spring, summer, fall
- Sound Room, microphone, speakers
- Kitchen
- Meeting Room
- Several km of riding trails accessible from the rear of the facility
- All rates are subject to a 2.5% improvement fee & GST except for Public Riding Passes which include GST
