Essentially, we have 9 groups vying for time in our arenas. The most stress is put on the indoor arena when it’s the only ride-able one in the winter months, which is November to April.
Boarded horses, member groups, instructors, and haul-in users all want time. Because of Covid-19, we instituted our new scheduling system as we were limited in the number of riders being able to use the arena. Everyone seems to love our system so we will be continuing with it. It appears to provide flexibility for everyone and you can sign up with who you want to ride with.
As we often get requests for arena rentals, our schedule is subject to change without notice. If your scheduled time needs to be removed you will be contacted by the office or receive an email from the Skedda system. Sometimes events get canceled due to unforeseen circumstances so be sure to review the schedule a couple of times a day as you may be able to improve your riding time.
